About the position
As a Tech Sales Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demos to negotiation and close, on a 100% commission basis. You will partner closely with our technical team and Founder to translate client needs into bespoke AI/data solutions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated hunter who thrives on earning performance-driven rewards.

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Conduct product demos and discovery calls, showcasing Inuberry AI’s value proposition.
- Develop tailored proposals and pricing models that align with client objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage the closing process.
- Work alongside the Founder and technical team to refine sales collateral and pitch decks.
- Provide market feedback to shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Track activity and results; deliver accurate forecasts and pipeline reports.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B technology sales experience (SaaS, AI, cloud services, or data solutions).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a commission-only or hybrid compensation model.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable speaking with C-level executives.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and pipeline discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual demo platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Prior experience selling AI, machine learning, or data engineering services.
- Network within target industries (retail, finance, real estate).
- Consultative sales approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, cloud architecture, data workflows).
